Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml olive oil, I use the yellow, refined
  • 1 bunch peppermint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine ingredients in a clean container (I use swing-top jars) and let it steep in a warm place for at least three weeks. Strain and pour into a clean bottle. Store in a cool place. It’s a great addition to Moroccan or Greek cuisine.
