Pepperoni with goat cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 m.-large pepper, pickled, from the jar
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp goat’s cheese
  • 1 sprig(s) mint, fresh
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for fans of spicy grilled side dishes, also suitable as a snack

Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Place it on a large sheet of aluminum foil with the mint, sesame oil, and chili peppers. Sprinkle with the goat cheese. Wrap everything in the foil and place it on the grill for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
