Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions (vegetable onions)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • ½ bottle of tomato ketchup
  • ½ bottle of curry ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat, slice the onions, and add them. Then slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and beefsteak tomatoes and add them. Add both types of ketchup and a little water (about 50ml) and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. (Be careful not to add any seasoning; the minced meat is quite flavorful.) Serve with rice or noodles.
