Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced veal
- 300 g minced pork
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 50 g almond(s) (slivers)
- 4 olives
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Apple
- banana(s)
- pineapple
- Sultana’s
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic clove in hot oil until translucent. Add the meat and sear thoroughly. Add the chopped olives, tomato puree, almond slivers, and spices, and mix well. Finally, add the grated apple, the sliced pineapple, the chopped banana, and the sultanas. Season to taste. Serve with dried rice or pasta.
