Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh, brown
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper (colored, freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped

Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized strips and toss them in a bowl with salt, mixed pepper, cayenne pepper, and the chopped rosemary. Then brown them vigorously in a pan with a little oil. Peel the onions and garlic, roughly chop them, and sauté them with the meat. When the onions are translucent, clean the mushrooms, dice them, and sauté them briefly. Deglaze with white wine and bring to a boil for about 1 minute. Then, add the cooking cream to refine the sauce.
