Persimmon and apple salad with honey and goji berries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 large persimmon
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp goji berries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the apple. Peel the persimmon. Cut both into pieces and arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Mix the yogurt and honey. Pour the sauce over the fruit and garnish with goji berries.
