Persimmon and banana crumble

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • some lemon zest if desired
  • 1 large persimmon
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix flour, butter, oats, agave syrup, sugar, and lemon zest into a dough. Peel the persimmon and banana and cut into small cubes. Transfer the fruit to a 15 x 25 cm pie dish, crumble the batter over the fruit, and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. Or pour into small brûlée dishes and bake for just 12-15 minutes.
