Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 persimmons, overripe
- 4 tbsp, heaped Skyr
- 4 tbsp oat bran, fine
- 4 carambola slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Scoop out the flesh from the overripe persimmon with a spoon. Mash it with a fork. If the persimmon isn’t too ripe, puree it. Stir in Icelandic cream cheese and finely ground oat bran. Serve in bowls. Finally, garnish with star fruit.
