Persimmon cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 persimmons
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Peel ripe persimmons, remove the blossoms, roughly chop, and puree. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and stir in. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
