Perverse meat pot

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg pork (pork neck), cut into finger-thick strips
  • 750 g curry ketchup (please choose a branded product, it depends on the brand!)
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 1 jar of paprika
  • 1 large can of mushrooms, whole (not fresh!)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 850 g peas from the can
  • 2 large onions, no other spices!
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Almost everything comes from a can! (horrible) – but it tastes good!

Sear the pork loin with the onions. Take a large pot, add the meat and onions, and pour in the ketchup. Add the pineapple chunks, peas, peppers, and mushrooms; stir. Refine the flavor with pineapple juice. Add cream, if desired. Either bake in the oven for 2 hours or simmer on the stovetop; don’t let it boil! (The longer it can simmer, the better.) Serve with rice or on its own. Have fun making it! I know the recipe sounds awful, hence the name!
