Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lemon(s), quartered
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary needles, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Rub the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff with lemons, rosemary, and garlic cloves, rub the outside with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake with the breast in the oven for one hour. Serve with baguette and salad.
