Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized flatbread(s)
- 3 tbsp green pesto
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 3 tomatoes, dried in oil
- e.g. arugula
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- 1 large tomato(s), cut into wedges
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- n. B. Dressing (balsamic dressing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bake the flatbread according to the package instructions, if desired. Cut it open and spread the pesto inside. Alternate the sun-dried tomatoes with the sliced mozzarella. Season with pepper, salt, and oregano, and add a dash of balsamic vinegar. Fold it up and microwave briefly until the cheese melts. Garnish with balsamic dressing, arugula, and the large tomato.
