Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp green pesto
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes, dried in oil

  • 1 large tomato(s), cut into wedges

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bake the flatbread according to the package instructions, if desired. Cut it open and spread the pesto inside. Alternate the sun-dried tomatoes with the sliced ​​mozzarella. Season with pepper, salt, and oregano, and add a dash of balsamic vinegar. Fold it up and microwave briefly until the cheese melts. Garnish with balsamic dressing, arugula, and the large tomato.
