Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g Gouda, young
- 500 g grapes, blue
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 bulb(s)
- 1 pack of Italian mixed herbs, frozen
- 2 tbsp pine nuts or sliced almonds

Roast pine nuts or sliced almonds in a pan without any fat, then set aside. Mix the mayonnaise and herbs. Cut the Gouda into small cubes or strips, halve the grapes, dice the pears, and add them to the mayonnaise. Mix everything well. Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain well or spin dry, and fold in. Finally, add the toasted pine nuts/sliced almonds.
