Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, diameter 26 cm
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 jar blueberries
- 1 pack of cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Whip the whipped cream with the cream stiffener. Fold the cream cheese into the cream. Place a cake ring around the cake base and spread the mixture over the base. Top with the drained fruit. Cook the glaze with the juice and spread it over the cake. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
