Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 ladyfingers
- 100 g butter, soft
- 2 packs of pudding powder (lemon pudding powder), for cooking or mixing cold
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s)
- ½ liter cream
- 3 points cream stiffener
- 12 ladyfingers

For the base, crush the ladyfingers in a plastic bag or using a food processor and mix with the softened butter. Spread evenly with a spoon on a cake plate with a ring. For the filling, mix the lemon pudding with half of the intended liquid. Squeeze the lemon. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and mix with the pudding, lemon juice, sugar, and cream cheese. Spread the mixture on the base. Finely crush the remaining ladyfingers and spread on top. This cake will be quite flat. For a large 28 cm cake ring, the filling ingredients should be doubled. It can also be prepared on a baking sheet. In this case, double the total ingredients. The cake tastes best when made the day before. This way it will have better firmness the next day.
