Philadelphia Milka Sponge Cake

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 350 g Philadelphia with Milka
  • 75 Milliliters Milk 3.8
  1. Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Stir in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in two portions. Finally stir in the Philadelphia with Milka.
  2. Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 60-65 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin.
