Beef Pudding with Herbs

- 1000 g Beef meat
- 3 Onions approx. 300 g
- 2 Yesterday’S rolls
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 bunch Fresh coriander approx. 20 g
- 0,5 bunch Parsley approx. 20 g
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Mild curry powder
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup Sunflower oil
- Soak yesterday’s rolls in water and squeeze them out well. Peel and dice the onions. Wash the coriander and parsley, shake dry and cut. Put all ingredients (beef meat, onion cubes, squeezed rolls, 2 eggs, chopped herbs, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika and 2 teaspoons mild curry powder) in a bowl and mix / knead well by hand. Shape the meatballs with moistened hands, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them golden-brown on both sides in a pan with plenty of sunflower oil. Continue until all of the meatball batter is used up. Here it was enough for 18 meatballs. The meatballs are a delicious basis for many dishes. But they also just taste that way. Both warm and cold!
