- 400 g Camembert(s) (60% fat)
- 300 ml Balsamic vinegar, white
- 150 ml olive oil, cold squeezed
- 3 chili peppers, scored
- 1 large onion(s)
- basil

Cheese at its best
Mix the oil and vinegar with salt, pepper, and optionally dried basil. Then layer the ingredients in a glass dish. Start with the oil/vinegar, then the cheese (which you’ve previously sliced), onions, chili pepper, then more oil/vinegar, cheese, onions, chili, and so on. Finally, cover and let stand outside for at least 12 hours. Refrigerate for a while before eating, for best flavor!
