Pickled Cheese

The perfect pickled cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Feta
  • 250 g Fresh goat cheese thaler
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Organic lemon
  • 4 Branches Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, cut the cream cheese thaler into small pieces and put both in a glass.
  2. Cut the chilli pepper into rings, peel the garlic clove, cut it into small pieces, pluck the rosemary needles and layer in the glass with lemon wedges.
  3. Now fill the glass to the brim with a good olive oil, sprinkle some salt over it and close it. Let it steep in a cool, dark place for about 1 week.
