Pickled Herder Cheese

The perfect pickled herder cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Herder cheese
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 1 piece Orange peel
  • 200 Milliliters Grapeseed oil
  1. Drain the cheese and dice. Cut the peppers and spring onions into rings. Chop the herbs and garlic.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a glass and fill up with grapeseed oil. Seal the jar and put it in a cool and dark place for a week.
