Pickled Herder Cheese

- 250 g Herder cheese
- 1 Hot peppers
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- 1 piece Orange peel
- 200 Milliliters Grapeseed oil
- Drain the cheese and dice. Cut the peppers and spring onions into rings. Chop the herbs and garlic.
- Put all the ingredients in a glass and fill up with grapeseed oil. Seal the jar and put it in a cool and dark place for a week.
