Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar olives, large, green, 850 g drained weight
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 5 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 190 g pesto, green
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- oregano
- Herbs (Italian herb mixture)
Instructions

Drain the olives in a sieve and briefly rinse them with cold water. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Skip the salt and pepper; add more sambal oelek instead! Fold in the olives and stir thoroughly. Return the entire contents of the bowl to the olive jar and let it sit for at least 1 day.
