Green Salad with Herder Cheese

  • 0,25 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 2 Pc. Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 0,5 Pc. Herder cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper salt
  1. Cut the salad, cucumber, eggs and shepherd’s cheese into bite-sized pieces, chop the onion
