Ingredients
- 1 Ripe avocado
- Lemon juice
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Low fat yogurt
- 125 g Herder cheese
- 1 big Garlic clove chopped
- Pepper
- Dried oregano
- Dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Sugar
- Salt
- Possibly 1 tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half lengthways, remove the stone, peel and cut into small pieces, place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Add the yoghurt, shepherd's cheese (coarsely crumbled), cream cheese and garlic, puree with a fork or hand blender.
- Season with pepper, sugar, oregano, rosemary, parsley and possibly salt to taste.
- If you like, stir in roasted and chopped pine nuts.
