Ingredients
 

  • 4 Red peppers
  • 250 ml Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, chilli, paprika powder noble sweet

Instructions
 

  • Halve and core the peppers and place on a baking sheet with the skin facing up. Grill the peppers at 220 degrees until they are slightly burnt. Let them cool and peel the skin off the peppers. Cut the paprika into pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika powder. Then layer these in a jar with a lid and pour olive oil over each layer. In the end, all the pepper pieces must be covered with oil. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least a day.
