Ingredients

- 10 Fresh hot peppers
- 1 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- For the brew:
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Vinegar
- Salt
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Sauerbraten seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Wash and dry the peppers, cut off the stem and cut through 1 time if desired. (better fit in the glass) Peel the garlic and onion, cut into pieces.
- Rinse the glass with boiling water. Pour in the pepperoni, garlic and onion.
- For the brew: bring the water, vinegar, salt, bay leaves and sauerbraten spices to the boil, stir in the honey. Pour through a sieve into the glass, close tightly and let it rest upside down for about 10 minutes.
- Keeps unopened for about 1 year.
