Ingredients
 

  • Ingredients per jar
  • 10 Fresh hot peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • For the brew:
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Sauerbraten seasoning
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the peppers, cut off the stem and cut through 1 time if desired. (better fit in the glass) Peel the garlic and onion, cut into pieces.
  • Rinse the glass with boiling water. Pour in the pepperoni, garlic and onion.
  • For the brew: bring the water, vinegar, salt, bay leaves and sauerbraten spices to the boil, stir in the honey. Pour through a sieve into the glass, close tightly and let it rest upside down for about 10 minutes.
  • Keeps unopened for about 1 year.
