Pickled Tofu with Raw Vegetables and Millet
The perfect pickled tofu with raw vegetables and millet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 25 g Millet
- 25 g Tofu firm
- 150 g Salad and vegetables
- 20 g Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mung bean sprouts fresh
- Edible flowers, berries and parsley
- Boil millet for 15 minutes and let it swell, prepare raw vegetables and place on the plate, chop the onions and sauté briefly with the pickled tofu. The dark on the tofu is the soy sauce. Spread the millet and tofu on the plate and serve with blackberries, small kiwi and wild tomatoes. Garnish with nasturtiums, daisy parsley and sprinkle with mung bean sprouts.
