Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pide oval
  • 300 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 Feta cheese
  • 300 gr Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut open the pide and drizzle the cut surfaces with oil. Thaw the spinach leaves and then squeeze it out well, it should hardly contain any water. Then chop through well. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped spinach and season again to taste. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the minced meat mixture. Core and dice the tomatoes, also mix the dice with the fried minced meat. Spread the entire mass on the pide, put the "lid" on it and bake at 200 ° (top / bottom heat). Depending on the oven, it takes 20 to 30 minutes.
