Pide with Tomato and Feta Topping

The perfect pide with tomato and feta topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pide oval
  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 Pk Feta
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pr Smoked peppers
  1. Halve the pide and lightly drizzle both sides with olive oil, the bread must not become soggy. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix with the crumbled feta cheese in a bowl. Grate the thyme in your hands and add and with the smoked paprika to the tomato and cheese mixture. Then add the oil, mix everything well and let it steep a little. Then spread the mixture on the lower side of the flatbread. Put the “lid” on it and bake on the grillage of the oven for approx. 20 – 30 minutes on top / bottom heat (the time, as always, depends on the oven).
