Ingredients

Pimientos de Padrón

  • 3 Olive oil
  • 1 Crumbs of salt

Instructions

  • Many people walk past the small peppers thinking they are spicy. But on the contrary. Heat the oven to 200 C. Wash the pimientos and shake dry. Put the small peppers as they are in an ovenproof dish, moisten with oil and spread plenty of crumbly salt (see description of kitchen language). Let the pimientos cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. They can be wrinkled and also a little toasted. Serve warm with baguette.
  • All recipes are published on Amazon as paperback and e-book under “Christian's Caboose” in two books “Comfortable & Enjoy” and “Invitation to Taste”.
