Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Blueberries fresh
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter / Margarine
  • 3 Eggs
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190 ° C O / U heat. Line a baking sheet (about 30x40 cm) with parchment paper.
  • Mix the baking custard cream with milk according to the package instructions and set aside. Sort the fresh blueberries, wash them and let them dry.
  • Beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one and stir in. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture. Finally add the sour cream and mix everything together.
  • Place the dough on the baking sheet and smooth it out. Then spread half of the blueberries on top. Now pour the pudding cream over the blueberries and smooth out, and distribute the remaining blueberries on top.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
