Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Pimientos de Padrón (roasted peppers)
  • 150 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 60 g raw cane sugar
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 days 20 minutes

Place the pimientos in a clean jar. Bring the vinegar, water, and sugar to a boil. Pour the liquid over the pimientos. Close the jar and turn it upside down. Refrigerate for at least 1 month, then the pimientos are ready to eat.
