Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s), very ripe (peeled weight)
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • ⅛ liter liqueur (Pina Colada)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For this jam, the bananas need to be very ripe to allow the flavor to shine through. Slice the bananas into small slices with a knife and place them in a saucepan with the other ingredients. Boil the jam for about 4 minutes until it bubbles. Then pour into prepared jars and seal. I was able to make 3 jars. Tip: If you like, you can also add coconut flakes.
