Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 300 ml pineapple juice (straight juice)
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 40 ml coconut syrup
- 1 pinch of salt

Measure all ingredients, add them to a blender, and blend thoroughly. The coconut milk and pineapple juice should be well chilled. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and run for 45 minutes if the ingredients are well chilled, or 60 minutes if the ingredients are well chilled.
