Piña Colada Punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 875 ml pineapple juice
  • 625 ml orange juice
  • 375 ml passion fruit juice
  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 ml coconut syrup
  • 1 bottle of white rum
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • e.g. pineapple
  • e.g. crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the juices, syrup, and rum in a large bowl. Add fresh or canned pineapple, if desired. Add the cream just before serving and whisk vigorously. Top with the sparkling wine. Add about three handfuls of crushed ice and stir again. The punch should be kept cool in the summer because of the cream. It also tastes good non-alcoholic if you omit the rum and sparkling wine. Tip: Don’t soak the pineapple in the rum. The fruit pieces will be inedible.
