Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 pot of peppermint
  • 2 nectarines
  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 750 ml white wine, cold
  • 750 ml sparkling wine, cold
  • 1 ½ liters of cold mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with peppermint, nectarines, honeydew melon and lemon

Rinse the peppermint and shake dry. Halve the nectarines, remove the stones, and dice each nectarine. Halve the honeydew melon, remove the seeds, and form the flesh into balls using a melon baller. Slice the lemon. In a suitable container, combine the fruit with the white wine, sparkling wine, and mineral water; all should be very cold. Divide the peppermint among the glasses and top with the sangria.
