Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tsp black tea
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • ¼ liter lemon juice
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine
  • ¼ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brew the black tea in 1/4 liter of boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes, then strain. Let the tea cool slightly and pour into a punch bowl. Mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Rinse and halve the strawberries. Peel the orange and thinly slice. Peel and slice the banana. Add everything to the black tea. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add the chilled orange and lemon juice, followed by the sparkling wine.
