Pina Colada

The perfect pina colada recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 4 cl Cream of Coconut (thick coconut cream)
  • 2 cl Whipped cream
  • 6 cl White rum
  • 8 cl Pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice to decorate
  1. Shake the rum, coconut cream, lemon juice, pineapple juice, whipped cream and crushed ice vigorously in a blender jar. Pour the mixture into a glass. Decorate with a pineapple slice and serve.
