Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ pineapple
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml mineral water or fruit juice to taste
- 2 apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with mineral water
Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Then combine everything in a bowl, add 150 ml of mineral water, and puree with a hand blender or similar. Depending on your taste, you can add more or less sugar or more or less mineral water. You can also use apple juice or another juice instead of mineral water.
