Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large persimmon(s)
- 1 m.-sized mandarin orange(s)
- ½ m.-sized apple
- 400 ml apple juice
- 2 mint leaves

Peel the persimmon, apple, and tangerine and chop into large pieces. Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
