Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 400 g pineapple, peach, tangerines or other fruit in small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark, mascarpone, sugar, coconut milk, and pineapple juice together until creamy and finally fold in the pineapple pieces! You can also use other fruits, such as tangerines, peaches, mango, etc.
