Pineapple – cream cheese – quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n pineapple, in pieces
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some pineapple juice
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Brittle

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the pineapple pieces in a sieve and collect the juice. Whisk together the quark, cream cheese, and cream until smooth. If necessary, add a little more pineapple juice to achieve a creamy consistency. Season with sugar and stir in the pineapple pieces. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with praline.
