Ingredients
- 700 g Fresh pineapple
- 350 g 1 snake cucumber
- 200 ml Pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp Mint rolling papers
- Mint tips for garnish
Instructions
- Loosen Anna's pulp and cut roughly. Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthways and cut into pieces. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems. Put everything (pineapple pieces, snake cucumber pieces, pineapple juice and mint leaves) in a tall container and work through / mix well with the hand blender (alternatively fill in the blender!). Fill into glasses and garnish with a mint tip, serve.
