Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
- 1 cup(s) pineapple juice
- ¼ liter tomato juice (Sangrita)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the pineapple and puree it in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly. Pour into tall glasses over ice cubes.
