Pineapple in a coconut coating

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • some orange liqueur
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 8 cherries (imperial cherries)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 dash of cream
  • some butter-vanilla flavoring
  • some sweetener, liquid
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drizzle the pineapple slices with the liqueur. Place the desiccated coconut on a plate, coat the pineapple slices with it, and arrange on a plate. Place a cherry in the center of each pineapple. Blend the cream cheese with the whipped cream until smooth, season with vanilla extract and sweetener to taste. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe decoratively next to the pineapple. Sprinkle with chocolate.
