Pineapple – leek – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 small can of pineapple, diced
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the leek. Mix with the diced eggs and pineapple pieces. Mix the mayonnaise with the grated apples until smooth and season. Mix into the leek mixture and let it sit for a good 2 hours.
