Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, ripe
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 500 g gelling sugar, extra
  • lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the fruit (the total weight should be 1250 g) and cut into fine cubes. Add the mixture to the saucepan with the gelling sugar, add the wine, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for one minute. Add the Amaretto after it has boiled. Pour into prepared jars and let cool.
