Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 gr. can/n pineapple
- 240 g sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 12 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 1 kg cream cheese
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- lemon juice
- 600 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and 5 teaspoons of whipped cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Whisk the sugar, egg yolks, and pineapple juice until creamy. Mix with the quark, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add the remaining whipped cream stabilizer and mix. Stir in the pineapple chunks and whipped cream. Decorate with pineapple pieces.
