Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of pineapple
  • 3 tbsp jam, apricot
  • 100 g oat flakes (grainy)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 50 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place 4 pineapple slices in an ungreased baking dish and spread with the apricot jam. Cover with the other 4 pineapple slices (to create a small tower). Melt the butter in a pan and mix with the oats, sugar, and flaked almonds. Spread this mixture over the filled pineapple towers. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve with a delicious, cool yogurt spread made with cinnamon, honey, and a little orange juice. In winter, you can add a few orange segments to the baking dish if desired.
