Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pineapple
- 200 g ham (Serrano or Parma), thin slices
- 1 goat’s cheese roll
- Thyme, freshly chopped
- some pepper
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- 3 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the pineapple, slice it, scoop out the core, and place it in a lightly greased, shallow baking dish. Arrange the ham on top and cover with thin slices of goat cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve with fresh lamb’s lettuce and a few drizzles of balsamic vinegar.
